Everything important before you start your trial.

What do “storage” and “monthly delivery” mean?: Storage is the total size of the files you keep online. Monthly delivery is the amount people view or download. For example, if ten people download a 100 MB file, that uses about 1 GB of delivery.
Are projects or members limited?: No. Every tier includes unlimited projects and members. All storage and monthly delivery are simply counted together for the workspace.
Do branded web addresses cost extra?: No. Every project can use addresses such as images.yourbrand.com or downloads.yourbrand.com.
Does email image hosting cost extra?: No. Permanent image links and copy-ready email HTML are included on every plan. They simply count toward your normal storage and delivery totals.
What happens if I cancel?: Your links continue working through the end of the paid period, and your files are kept for another 30 days in case you change your mind.
Are faster images or video processing billed separately?: No. We do not charge extra for making images faster, preparing video, creating private links, or adding team members.
